My favorite browser is Konqueror but I always had problems with flash. Durring the last couple of years I used this tutorial in order to make flash work together with Konqueror.
It makes a pretty good job but is not Open Source and the biggest disadvantage was that is using linux_base…. fortunately a few days ago a friend suggested gnash. After reading a little bit the documentation I’ve decided to give it a try. All I needed to to was :
- /usr/ports/graphics/gnash
- make install clean
no tweaks, no hacks. Just start Konqueror and …. it works …
